Custom Ear Cuffs from the Week 12 Giveaway that were Never Claimed

After several attempts to pick the third winner of the week 12: Custom Ear Cuffs Giveaway, I have still not found someone who would respond. I'm not sure if it's because the emails are going to their spam folders or because people decided they just didn't want the prize after all. So, in order to finally give away the last pair of ear cuffs in that giveaway, I'm going to hold a mini giveaway today.
